Very fun preseason match against Butt Naked Gamers. They came out strong but we held them off to a 9-3 CT side finish. Next half was a struggle but we won the necessary rounds needed to win on T side. First Half: 9-3 Second Half: 4-6 Total: 13-9 Iso

Well, after dropping my CSS and 1.6 team Isotropic was in chaos. Losing almost 95% of our idlers and support, we are bringing back ISO stronger and better then ever before. We will be competeing in Cevo-Main season 7 will an all new lineup.

CENTRAL TOP 12 POWER RANKINGS:

1. PirateHookers: Solid team with a 5-0 victory, and if my prediction is right, soon to be 6-0. They took a win at corelan 2008 against some notable teams like hyper and ege. They have a solid roster and I am sure they will be in the finals this season.

2. Wrecking Crew: They have not had any challenges thus far this season, their first true test will be NonPariel this Sunday. They have some new rosterpick ups who are very good and overall this team has alot of experienced. I would expect them to continue winning until they face PH before playoffs start....it could be a very exciting match to watch.

3. Canadian Source: They have been following my predictions nicely, or atleast my predictions seem to be pretty accurate for these guys. They are solid and easily a top team this season. Although I think they lack compared to the teams above they are still very good.

4. Elemental Gaming: Solid group of guys who know how to play this game. They all have some amount of experience that is helpful to them! If they practice hard and continue to win they should stay up pretty high on this list.

5. Collapse: Has a very strong team this season, beating some notable teams like northside and isotropic. They will be tested against Sucks this week and it should be a close one. I expect them to drop a bit in next week rankings and take their first loss this weekend though.

6. Monster: They took their first loss playing against CA.Source as expected. Monster is truely solid and should win most of their matches, possibly losing 1-2 more as they face some of the top teams on this list.

7. Sucks (were crazy): Has been here forever and it is about time they get out of IM and make main as a team. They are 4-1 against some solid teams and should be 5-1 by the end of this week. They could easily progress up the standings if they beat some of the teams I mentioned.

8. Cdrive: Is a tough team to rank because they could easily compete with any of the above teams, but they also could be dropped a bit due to their closs loss to OTR, though OTR is byfar not a weak team. I expected them to win their last match but they couldn't seal the deal again OTR. Lets hope they practice hard, and win ouT! I have faith in this team.

9. Over The Rainbow: This team has had a VERY hard schedule this season. Playing 4 top ranked teams and coming out with TWO wins and TWO CLOSE loses. If they practice a bit harder and their newpickups fit in they should work their way up the rankings in no time.

10. Nothside Royal: Another very solid team that can compete with any team on this list. They have dropped a bit from last weeks standings but they could easily rise backup. They have the playerbase to do well so lets hope they stick around and do business.

11. NonPareil: They have proven themselves capable against solid teams this season, somthing I would not of predicted! If they can beat out wrecking crew this week they will have a much higher standing in next weeks ranking. As for now they are set in the top12 with a numer 11 seed!

12. Fierce Resistance: NukeMs team finally made it into my rankings this week after a couple good wins last week. They are solid with skilled players and should do good this season. They could come out with some close wins against the above teams if they practice..from my understanding I think think they are practicing super hard or long right now!

ok, well people have been really bugging my to get my preds done early [read my other thread...they will be done TUESDAY and Thursday Every Week] so I decided to tally up my preds and do them a day early!! Without further delay, here are my preds for this weeks matches!

Pirate Hookers vs Cdrive
Well I did not expect the outcome that happened this Sunday for Cdrive. I thought that Cdrive was the superior team and would have won with a fairly solid score. This was not the case as OTR took them out with a score of 13-11 [pretty close match] and setting Cdrive down a peg with their first loss of the season. Hopefully Cdrive takes this in as a kick to the ass and gets in shape for their next match because they will need it.

PH is clearly the favorite this season to win Central. I am not sure how the other divisions are stacking up but my guess is they are also a favorite to win the entire thing and make IPT. They just had an excellent weekend at CoreLAN taking home first place on LAN. I am not sure what roster they used but I am confident that this will really boost their self confidence and maybe even their ego's just a tiny bit. Let’s hope that they do not get to cocky and lose some simple rounds. If they take this match 100% serious I see PH winning this one with a score of 15-9 and handing Cdrive their second straight loss of the season.

Collapse vs Were Crazy
This could easily be the match of the week as both roster are solid and are looking to improve their record. Collapse has done very well this season beating some noteworthy teams, but just barely. They have managed to squeak by this season on some good clutches and teamwork. The win over NorthSide has to be a confidence booster because northside isn't a joke when it comes to Central. They were a 4-0 team that could have easily won the game if they put more time in. Although I did predict collapse to win their last match, this might just be their first loss of the season.

WereCrazy has stood the test of time [at least in source] as they have been around for quite sometime. They made a run for playoffs last season and just fell short. This season will be their chance to improve upon last season and make it there..and quite possibly make MAIN finally! They have the chemistry to win against many of this seasons top teams. That alone will not make them win, but they do have some solid players. So they should be set in Central IM this season.
